About the position

This Facilities Contract Finance Analyst will be responsible to assist in the daily workflow and ensure the timely approval of requisitions and invoices according to BCH policies and procedures. The role involves assisting project managers and planners with Procore budgets and forecasts that are reconciled with capital planning and ERP. The analyst will troubleshoot inquiries from project managers and planners related to PeopleSoft and Procore on financial matters, process and track invoices to be submitted to AP, and work with external accounts receivable associates to ensure purchase orders/commitments are fully paid or closed. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with Financial Reporting (FINREP) to provide data such as in-service date and depreciation information, maintain certificates of insurance in Procore and Agiloft pertaining to legal contracts, and ensure data quality across platforms. The role also includes taking meeting minutes on leadership meetings such as quarterly finance.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our integrations partner to ensure data quality between Procore and ERP using Dimension
  • Take meeting minutes on leadership meetings such as quarterly finance

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business Analytics or a closely related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • Working understanding and expertise in the use of PeopleSoft financial reporting systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • An understanding of the construction process
  • Analytical skills to resolve scientific, clinical, human resources, legal, financial or administrative problems
  • Innovative application of specialized knowledge to develop financial and operating plans
