About the position

The Facilities Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of Grand Fitness's portfolio of over 75 Planet Fitness clubs across the country. This position involves collaborating with facility managers, managing vendor relationships, overseeing facility performance metrics, and assisting with budget management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with market facilities managers to identify and address common challenges and opportunities.
• Support reequips and renovations through coordinating timelines, facilities responsibilities, and walkthroughs.
• Assist with new club openings, liaising with construction, coordinating punch walks, and ensuring issue resolution after opening.
• Manage relationships with national vendors and suppliers, ensuring effective contract negotiation and performance.
• Oversee facility performance metrics and reporting systems, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with budget preparation and management, producing spend reports on a recurring basis.
• Develop and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system usage and data management.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma or GED.
• One to three years working in a facilities or maintenance environment.
• Experience with a major CMMS platform.
• Ability to pull, manipulate, and analyze data sets.
• Organizational skills capable of managing information and process flow across multiple platforms.
