About the position

The Facilities / Engineering Operations Manager at The Hearthstone in Seattle, WA, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of building services, including maintenance, janitorial, housekeeping, laundry, and grounds services. Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance, janitorial, housekeeping, laundry, and grounds services.
• Create, monitor, and maintain operational budgets.
• Manage human resources functions including staff training and safety protocols.
• Control inventory and manage utilities effectively.
• Develop collaborative teams and build strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3 years of work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in college or university facilities management.
• Strong technical skills in all trades, especially HVAC.
