Responsibilities

  • Direct heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations.
  • Evaluate current and future projects and facility needs.
  • Identify equipment to increase efficiency and direct temperature adjustments.
  • Analyze systems and load requirements for energy reduction.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and establish preventive maintenance programs.
  • Oversee execution of sustainability initiatives to meet compliance programs.
  • Manage complex projects by prioritizing work assignments and supervising work in progress.
  • Ensure financial sustainability by developing and approving budgets for capital expenses and staff needs.
  • Review budget plans and verify cost estimates on requested projects.
  • Maintain project oversight by ensuring timelines are met and coordinating changes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local industry laws and regulations.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, and values.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in facilities maintenance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
  • Experience in project management and overseeing complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
