The role requires driving a company truck between Miami and Vero Beach throughout the week, performing various maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs, while adhering to safety regulations and maintaining accurate records of activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and coordinate with management for major repairs or replacements.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing systems throughout the facilities.
• Fix leaks, replace pipes, and ensure proper drainage in plumbing systems.
• Perform interior and exterior painting tasks to maintain facility appearance.
• Handle minor electrical repairs and maintenance, ensuring systems are safe and up to code.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inventory.

Requirements

• HVAC Certification or relevant experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and ability to perform plumbing repairs and installations.
• Proficiency in painting techniques and knowledge of different types of paints and finishes.
• Experience in general building maintenance, including carpentry and structural repairs.
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to safely handle minor electrical repairs.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and ability to identify safety hazards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
• Good organizational skills to manage maintenance schedules and records.
• Strong communication skills to interact with management and staff.
