About the position

Randstad is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a fantastic team in Cleveland, TN. The role involves the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities to ensure a safe and efficient environment for all employees and visitors. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience and be prepared to work in a non-temperature controlled environment, including performing various maintenance tasks and working weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting tasks to enhance the aesthetics of our facilities.
• Repair and finish drywall, including spackling and sanding to ensure a smooth surface for painting.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of electrical lighting fixtures, ensuring all areas are well-lit and functional.
• Conduct outside work, including landscaping, gardening, and grounds maintenance to keep our outdoor spaces tidy and inviting.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain all areas of the facility, including common spaces, restrooms, and break rooms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
