We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Yonder Behavioral Health in Berea, KY. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, focusing on mechanical systems, electrical systems, and HVAC/R. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC/R systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Utilize tools such as ammeters and voltmeters to analyze electrical systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Execute low voltage and high voltage electrical work as required.
• Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide insights on facility improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, electrical systems, and general facility maintenance practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems accurately and efficiently.
• Experience working with both low voltage and high voltage electrical systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of technical sales processes related to facility maintenance is desirable.
