Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment by repairing fixtures and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks, including handling water pipe bursts and heavy-duty cleaning.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing attention and perform necessary repairs.
• Handle repairs requiring basic skills in various trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Order supplies or parts and assemble new equipment as needed.
• Install bulletin boards and hang new drapes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a maintenance position.
• Valid state issued driver's license in good standing.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
