We are currently seeking an Intern in Facilities Management join our team. As an intern at JLL, you would work as part of our Facilities team at a client site, getting involved in providing service to customers, and designing how we can improve that service with new ideas, tools or processes. As an Intern in Facilities Management at JLL, you will support the onsite facilities operations team on a day to day basis, assist with promoting safety culture through consistent observations of operations and provide feedback as needed, create or edit documents for internal team communications, update the team SharePoint page to improve visibility and understanding of current deliverables, develop dashboards and work with operational teams to develop and refine use cases supporting from schedule to demand-based services using data from systems, spearhead the development of an Operations playbook pulling from multiple stakeholders across the account and/or existing documentation, assist with vendor management, work order management, and client relationship management as needed, develop relationships with key stakeholders to effectively document processes, and assist with daily operational tasks including but not limited to the CMMS, vendor coordination, and audits as needed.
