The Facilities Manager will lead a team of maintenance technicians at a prestigious faith-based university in Tulsa, OK. This role involves overseeing the maintenance of 41 diverse buildings, ensuring optimal performance through technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and more. The Facilities Manager will drive innovation in maintenance practices and deliver exceptional results by utilizing key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of 30 skilled maintenance technicians.
  • Manage the maintenance of 41 diverse buildings, including administrative facilities and student dormitories.
  • Apply technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and repair to ensure optimal building performance.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address complex maintenance challenges.
  • Utilize key performance indicators to track progress and exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience with boiler management is required.
  • 3 years of management experience in facilities maintenance.
  • 3 years of functional experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and repair.
  • Experience managing large complex properties and maintenance technicians.
