About the position

The Facilities Manager will oversee the Aramark service delivery on Facilities Management Contracts, ensuring efficient and innovative service delivery to clients. The role focuses on maximizing contract growth and retention by establishing Aramark as a valued partner through high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership, management, and development of assigned contracts to meet and exceed financial and operational commitments.
• Supporting continuous review of supplier services to ensure standard methodology and value for money.
• Managing employees, including their personal development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Ensuring customer focus in all operational activities and maintaining effective relationships with key client contacts.
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to deliver additional services and grow current offers.
• Ensuring compliance with Quality, Environmental & Health and Safety standards in operations.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and people management processes.
• Delivering continuous improvement through standard methodology and innovation to build long-lasting partnerships with customers.
• Developing and delivering strategic reporting components to support client relationship management, including trend identification and actioning.

Requirements

• Proven background in the delivery of Facilities Management, Maintenance, and Project Management Services.
• Consistent track record in budget and cost control.
• 5+ years' experience in a managerial role.
• A formal 3rd level qualification (technical) or equivalent relevant experience in a technical or building services role.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Track record of people management and development.
