Responsibilities

• Assists in the repair of table game equipment within the table game pits.
• Performs maintenance and facilities tasks to support the facility operations, including mechanical repairs, plumbing repairs, carpentry repairs, minor electrical repairs, HVAC when applicable, aesthetic repairs, and other tasks assigned by management.
• Completes work requests from beginning to end in a timely and complete manner.
• Responsible for his/her own tools, keeping them clean and ready for work at all times.
• Informs management or the Shift lead on the progress of any tasks from previous shift, and passes on pertinent information before end of shift.
• Communicates and interacts professionally with co-workers and other departments.
• Sets up safety barriers and prepares work area prior to the start of any task that impacts guests or employees.
• Performs tasks safely and applies all safety precautions and procedures that are applicable such as LOTO, MSDS, PPE, etc.
• Performs tasks professionally and in a timely fashion to diminish the impact on guests and on-going operations.
• Responsible for the security of all keys issued, keys in inventory, keys destroyed, and keys turned in by other employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; Associate's/Technical Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn other trade skills, such as HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, carpet installation, wall covering applications, ceramic or stone floor installation, kitchen equipment repairs, refrigeration maintenance, and any other trades associated with the maintenance of property.
