Creighton University's Facility Management team is seeking a Facilities Operations Process, Data, and Technology Analyst. This role is pivotal in enhancing the operation and improvement of key business processes, data management, technology solutions, and analytics/reporting to support Facilities Management operations and other assigned areas. The analyst will facilitate the implementation and execution of operating processes within Facilities Management, utilizing the AIM database, workflow, and reporting tools. The position involves supporting managers in facilities operations by generating reports, monitoring data quality, documenting operating processes, managing system upgrades, and providing training on technology tools used in Facilities Management. The analyst will also review utility billing against contracts, track trends, forecast usage, and verify current rate structures for potential cost savings. Additionally, the role includes tracking contracted services to identify cost-saving measures through trend analysis, balancing and closing capital projects, and enhancing campus service transparency by developing communication methodologies and reports for ticket and project requests. As a participant in all Data Governance activities for Facilities Management, the analyst will serve as a Data Steward, defining data definitions, managing data security, quality, and accessibility. The role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure integration of Facilities Management's data and reporting with the broader University context. The analyst will partner with continuous improvement leaders to document processes affecting data quality and develop improvements for enhanced data accuracy and reporting. Responsibilities also include creating standard and ad hoc queries and reports, designing and managing data sets in Tableau, and developing dashboards and reports.
