About the position

• Perform minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, landscape, hardscape, and mechanical tasks within outlined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee the work of external contractors, ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Report progress and deficiencies of contractor work to management.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage and oversee contractor work effectively.
• Strong communication skills to report on progress and deficiencies.
