Responsibilities

• Monitor activities of maintenance, renovation, remodeling, and new construction projects to ensure compliance with building code procedures.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must successfully pass a background investigation.
• Must successfully pass a drug screen.
• One year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level or equivalent.
• Education in engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration.
