About The Position

The Facilities Representative at HCSC is responsible for managing and controlling property management functions within the Houston location. This role involves overseeing the efficient operation of facilities, vendor management, and ensuring safety standards are met. The representative will also handle administrative services, plan and execute special projects, and coordinate service activities related to physical operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in property management, asset management, facilities operations, or administrative real estate, or 7 years' relevant experience.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical trades related to commercial property management.
• Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Workday.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage in physical activity, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 80 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• IFMA or BOMA certifications highly desirable.
• Additional certification as a facility manager (CFM) is a plus.
• Master's degree in real estate management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze information and problem-solve.
• Six Sigma and PMP certifications highly desirable.
