About the position

The Facilities Supervisor at ESFM is responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager and/or Facilities Coordinator in managing facilities for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and service delivery. This role involves supervising janitorial staff, overseeing subcontractor services, and managing various operational tasks to maintain a safe and efficient workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Janitorial staff and oversees subcontractor services including mail operations, shipping & receiving, ground & landscaping.
• Conducts specialty aseptic cleaning and glass washing.
• Communicates between various shifts to ensure applicable completion of tasks.
• Manages all moves, additions, and changes.
• Handles mail, shipping, and receiving as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 year of facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
• Experience with soft services including janitorial experience.
• Experience managing invoices and pricing.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
