About the position
The Facilities System Specialist is responsible for operating and maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and serves as the Administrator for data input and report generation. This role also involves ensuring the plant control systems operate at optimum efficiency and acting as a backup dispatcher and administrative coordinator for the computer room.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, or GED required.
- Minimum 1-year experience in Building Automation Systems.
- Minimum 1-year experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
