About the position

The Facilities Technician at Willow Oaks Country Club is responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems within a large campus setting. This role requires strong technical skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC repairs, along with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The technician will handle maintenance requests, diagnose problems, and perform repairs across multiple buildings, ensuring the facilities are well-maintained and operational.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist facilities operations across multiple buildings.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of building maintenance.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work holidays, nights, and weekends as needed for emergency call rotation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience required.
