Responsibilities
- Perform general-to-advanced-level tasks, repairs, and preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment.
- Conduct plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance for various facilities.
- Provide customer service and support to different teams across the campus.
- Engage in training opportunities and assist in obtaining necessary licenses.
- Maintain and operate systems in offices, kennels, veterinary clinics, and other facilities.
Requirements
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC maintenance desired.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency using general power tools, meters, and testing devices.
- Vocational/trade school experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and insurability at non-risk rates.
