About the position
The Bay Club Company is seeking a dedicated individual to maintain Club building operations and provide exceptional service to our members. This role is integral to ensuring a healthy and vibrant lifestyle experience for our members and guests. All associates are expected to demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while delivering outstanding customer service. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining the club's facilities and supporting our mission of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply the company's standard operating procedures.
- Preventive maintenance responsibility of the building such as pool vacuuming and testing/adjusting pool water chemicals, plumbing, light electrical, and painting.
- Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Greet members and guests throughout the property.
- Understand and anticipate the needs of the property.
- Be attentive and listen carefully to the members and follow through.
- Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner.
- Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings, and training.
- Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.
