Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the facilities department including work order processing and HVAC scheduling.
• Maintain building occupancy schedules in building automation software and adjust schedules based on various factors.
• Monitor facility use requests and create special events in building automation software for heating and air conditioning needs.
• Act as the point of contact for all events associated with the 'Use of Facilities' Policy.
• Assist maintenance staff in troubleshooting HVAC comfort complaints.
• Order uniforms and monitor employee uniform allotments for maintenance and custodial employees.
• Review all requests for completeness and policy compliance, verifying facility availability.
• Enforce compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Provide secretarial duties for the Facilities Department, including receiving calls, setting up appointments, and processing daily mail.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accurate record keeping skills and basic office skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of athletic sporting operations.
• Proficiency in the use of technology for individual and system management, communication, and research.
