About the position

As a Facility Care Operator at CloudKitchens, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our tech-enabled facility. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective cleaning and sanitation practices, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks using advanced cleaning equipment and methods.
• Weekly cleaning of commercial hood filters, oil caddies/tanks, and regular cleaning of restrooms and common areas.
• Provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to facility patrons.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Follow established cleaning guidelines and regulations to maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, sanitation, or customer service roles, preferably in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a high level of self-motivation.
