About the position

The Facility/Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of the central office facilities in Decatur, GA. This role involves ensuring that the facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, while also managing a team of maintenance staff and coordinating with external vendors. The manager will implement maintenance programs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the central office facilities.
  • Manage and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring effective performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure facility functionality.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
  • Manage facility budgets, including tracking expenses and optimizing costs.

Requirements
