As a Facility Maintenance Manager at Lineage Logistics, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all maintenance-related activities within a medium or large facility, whether automated or non-automated. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. You will oversee the maintenance workload by leveraging the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan and schedule tasks effectively. Collaboration with the facility General Manager is crucial, as you will work together to develop and adhere to annual budgets for labor and materials, ensuring that all maintenance activities align with financial goals. In addition to managing daily operations, you will review monthly utility reports, discuss results with your team, and provide creative solutions to enhance energy management. For automated facilities, you will be responsible for creating schedules for planned maintenance events and will work directly with automation vendors during the commissioning process of hardware and software. Your expertise will also be required in providing recommendations for future capital expenditure projects and ensuring their timely completion. You will lead site-specific projects focused on energy efficiency, collaborating with the Lineage Energy Management department to achieve optimal results. Your role will also include providing guidance on the design and management of future building or automation projects in collaboration with Network Optimization.
