About the position

The Facility Maintenance Manager at Regal Cinemas, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of corporate facilities, ensuring that all aspects of building upkeep are managed effectively. This role involves coordinating with contractors, managing maintenance projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate grounds and ensure regular upkeep.
• Assist with lighting, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Manage all aspects of repairs and maintenance for interior and exterior building issues.
• Coordinate and supervise theatre shutdowns and equipment removal.
• Develop cost estimates for assigned projects and solicit bids from subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with external vendors and consultants.
• Handle correspondence with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Approve and issue subcontracts and purchase orders within budget.
• Draft proposals, budgets, contracts, and schedules for projects.
• Monitor project tracking to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in building maintenance preferred.
• Experience in facility management, including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• One year of construction and organizational experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize critical situations.
