About the position

The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing client accounts in the HVAC services sector, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective management of HVAC service offerings. This role emphasizes strong client relationships and a solid understanding of mechanical services to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Empower client coordinators through proactive calls, insightful training, and motivating coaching.
• Serve as the ultimate problem-solver for clients, coordinators, vendors, and accounting.
• Manage multi-channel communication, ensuring prompt responses to calls and emails with a 24-hour response commitment.
• Orchestrate workflow by strategically assigning work orders and managing follow-up queues.
• Build strong vendor relationships to secure updates, quotes, and assets.
• Keep clients informed with regular work order updates.
• Negotiate confidently and manage finances to ensure project profitability and resolve billing discrepancies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in the HVAC or mechanical services industry.
• 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience with work order management and client relationship management is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and services is preferred.
