About the position

The Facility Maintenance Manager will oversee and direct all reliability and maintenance activities at a newly constructed manufacturing facility in West Jefferson, OH. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful completion of daily maintenance tasks, executing the capital plan, reducing downtime, and enhancing plant efficiencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and technical knowledge in industrial operations or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all reliability and maintenance activities at the facility.
• Ensure successful completion of daily maintenance work.
• Execute the capital plan effectively.
• Reduce downtime and improve plant efficiencies.
• Interact with all levels of the organization to foster teamwork and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or applicable technical knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in industrial operations or maintenance.
• Understanding of PLC and logic controls for high-speed operating equipment.
• Prior experience in SAP preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and accountability skills.
