As a Facility Manager for Event Parking at SP+, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every moment matters for our clients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service by efficiently resolving client requests and proactively communicating with them to enhance our operations. You will also handle general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash management. Monitoring facility maintenance to meet cleanliness standards and reviewing damage claims will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with implementing safety plans to prevent future incidents. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with all OSHA laws and regulations, which is critical for maintaining a safe working environment. You will be expected to react quickly to problems and find unique solutions to challenges that arise, all while maintaining a focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.
