As a Facility Manager for Special Events at SP Plus Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of parking facilities during various events. Your primary responsibility will be to hire and maintain a skilled labor pool of frontline employees, providing them with the necessary training and tools to excel in their roles. You will supervise the quality of work performed by all employees, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, in accordance with company standards.
