About the position

The Facility Manager, Valet Operations at SP+ Corporation is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing valet operations. Responsibilities

• Deliver premier customer service to clients.
• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently.
• Ensure proactive communication with clients regarding opportunities to improve operations.
• Supervise valet attendant relations with clients to resolve complaints diplomatically.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a team of employees.
• Identify proper staffing levels to deliver superior customer service.
• Ensure compliance with parking, security, and cash control procedures.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable and payroll.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Review and monitor all damage claims.
• Implement safety plans to prevent operational claims.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA laws.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate team members.
• Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction.
• Prior experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
