About the position

The Facilities Manager is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring the delivery of quality services while achieving set goals for revenue and profitability. This role involves effective management and coordination of teams, equipment, vendors, and facility resources, with a focus on innovation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery on contract promises
• Identify and leverage opportunities for improvement and best practice across the account
• Responsible for innovation at the account including deploying own resources in relevant Corporate Garage activities
• PMO responsibility ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality of prioritized projects and programs on the account
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to identify and roll-out project support
• Engage in a wide network of Account Excellence Managers to ensure steady flow of best practice sharing
• Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure compliance procedures are followed
• Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction through service excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of facilities management experience, ideally in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field preferred
• Strong supervisory background desirable not required
• Good customer service experience
• Strong computer proficiency skills with emphasis on knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point)
• Excellent time management skills; able to organize and work independently
• Bilingual is a plus
• A valid driver's license may be required for this role (depending on account)
