The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of five gym locations, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operational. This role involves managing janitorial staffing, handling repairs, and performing various maintenance tasks including lighting, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and flooring work. The position requires a full-time commitment with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleanliness and maintenance of 5 gym locations.

• Ensure all facilities are operational and well-maintained.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Preferred).
• 1 year of maintenance experience (Required).
• Valid Driver's License (Required).
