About the position
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of five gym locations, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operational. This role involves managing janitorial staffing, handling repairs, and performing various maintenance tasks including lighting, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and flooring work. The position requires a full-time commitment with a Monday to Friday schedule.
