Responsibilities

• Oversee integrated facilities management solutions for clients.
• Manage service delivery in janitorial, mail, and AV services.
• Ensure a safe and sustainable workplace environment.
• Foster strong client relations and customer service.
• Lead and develop team members, including staffing and recruitment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience in facilities management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• Client relations and customer service orientation.
• Team leadership abilities, including staffing and development.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, financial, and analytical skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
