About the position

The Facility Manager at Bags, a SP+ Company, is responsible for overseeing the operations of assigned locations, ensuring exceptional customer service, effective human resource management, and budget oversight. This role requires strong leadership skills to develop client relationships and maintain operational excellence through a dedicated team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, and revenues to project future financial commitments.
• Identify staffing needs, hire, develop, and train a team to deliver superior customer service.
• Supervise employee performance and provide necessary training or disciplinary actions.
• Ensure proactive communication with clients to improve operations and resolve issues.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards, making recommendations for improvements.
• Review damage claims and implement safety plans to prevent future occurrences.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of operational management experience, preferably in hospitality, service, or airline industry.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in interviewing, selection, training, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and email.
• Ability to meet deadlines within tight time constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
