About the position

The Facility Manager at Rhee Bros., Inc. is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and relevant laws. This role involves overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, including HVAC, refrigeration systems, and vendor contracts, while managing the maintenance budget and leading a team of custodial and mechanical staff. The Facility Manager plays a crucial role in aligning facility operations with the company's short-term and long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility within an approved budget.
• Manage all facets of facility maintenance including HVAC, refrigeration systems, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Ensure facilities are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, providing regular reports on expenses versus budgeted amounts.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Transportation teams to reduce preventable repair costs.
• Analyze repair expenditures and recommend preventative measures.
• Direct the work of custodial, mechanical, and general facilities staff, providing guidance and feedback.
• Engage in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including varying hours and days.
