About the position

The Facilities Manager is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring the delivery of quality services while achieving set goals for revenue and profitability. This role involves effective management and coordination of teams, equipment, vendors, and facility resources, with a focus on innovation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction and ensure quality service delivery.
• Achieve revenue and profitability goals through effective management.
• Coordinate teams, equipment, vendors, and facility resources.
• Deliver on contract promises and improve service effectiveness.
• Manage and roll out prioritized projects and programs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote best practices and the IFS model within the ISS community.
• Conduct periodic internal reviews for compliance procedures.
• Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction through service excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of facilities management experience, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field preferred.
• Strong supervisory background and customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
