Responsibilities

• Respond to all agent and vendor questions, concerns, or suggestions and take action to resolve conflicts.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee equipment installation and maintenance according to approved guidelines and regulations.
• Create capital expenditure budgets and communicate projected budget requirements to leadership.
• Oversee and supervise a team responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Negotiate with third-party vendors for necessary products and services in partnership with the Director of Procurement.
• Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary while controlling costs.
• Work closely with the management team to generate monthly work schedules and anticipate staffing needs based on production levels.
• Oversee all facility-related tasks and processes, ensuring proper documentation and accurate records of all facility and safety-related activities.
• Verify that proper documentation has been completed with accurate information for activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of all production activities, including Inventory Control System (ICS) records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline or equivalent Military experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Facility Management role.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and large-scale HVAC systems including chillers.
• Previous experience using Building Management Systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in maintenance for at least 1 year.
• Driver's License.
