As requested by the Management Team, the Facility Manager will prepare monthly financial spend reports (actual vs. budget, variance, etc.) and assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the managed sites. It is crucial to ensure that operational expenditure for the sites is managed within agreed budgets and to identify efficiencies. The Facility Manager will support the implementation of innovative programs and initiatives that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity. Compliance with all Health and Safety, Environment, and Risk Management policies and procedures is essential, as is ensuring total contract compliance, accurate and timely reporting, and resolution of tenant operational issues. The role also involves updating and maintaining accurate records and official documentation for the entire portfolio of sites, creating and maintaining a positive working relationship with tenants, vendors, management, and staff, and complying with all requirements of the Lease Agreements to deliver exceptional quality of service to tenants, as reflected by tenant feedback.
