Lead with Autonomy: You'll take ownership of managing 15-20 healthcare facilities, working with a dedicated team to ensure each site operates efficiently and meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple healthcare centers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and creating a high-quality experience for patients and staff alike.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, to ensure all buildings are in optimal condition and meet stringent safety and compliance requirements.
  • Lead facility teams, including custodial and maintenance staff, to ensure each clinic is maintained to the highest clinical and operational standards.
  • Partner with vendors and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective services, managing budgets and service contracts efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections and provide strategic recommendations for facility enhancements, ensuring our clinics remain cutting-edge in both functionality and patient comfort.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing healthcare facilities (outpatient centers, clinics, hospitals, etc.), with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and patient-centered environments.
  • Experience with facility management software and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, Smart Sheet, and other industry tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time across California, Arizona, and additional states to ensure consistent facility oversight and quality control.
