About the position

The Facility Manager at SP+ is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This role involves leading a diverse team, managing client relationships, and overseeing facility operations to maximize profitability and maintain high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
  • Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of Promise-driven employees.
  • Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
  • Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget.
  • Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
  • Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
  • Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor and review all damage claims and recommend plans to improve safety operations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.
  • Passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction.
  • Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review is a plus.
  • Ability to react and problem-solve effectively.
