About the position

The Facility Manager at Cadence Petroleum Group is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Pearl River, LA facility, which serves as a fuel hub with limited warehousing capabilities. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring safety compliance, and providing excellent customer service. The Facility Manager will report directly to the Regional Operations Director and play a key role in supporting the company's growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
• Maintain fuel tank farm and fuel inventory accuracy
• Communicate work area needs to management
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly safety inspections
• Communicate with drivers as needed on various operational and safety topics
• Operate a forklift following all safety rules and regulations
• Facilitate walk-in customer sales of fuel and package goods
• Pick and load packaged goods orders for walk-in customers
• Keep warehouse, tank farm and grounds clean and organized
• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3 years of supervising experience
• 3 years of warehouse management experience
• Valid Forklift Certification
