About the position

As a Facility Manager at SP+, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver on our Promise of making every moment matter for our clients. This involves resolving client requests and concerns promptly while proactively communicating with them about ways to enhance our operations. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, training, and supervising your team. Identifying the right staffing levels is essential to ensure that all duties are completed effectively, thereby delivering a superior customer experience. You will also oversee the adherence to proper parking, security, and cash control procedures, which are vital for maintaining the integrity of our operations. Maximizing profitability will be a key focus of your role. You will engage in revenue development, facility marketing, and expense reviews, all while managing the operation's budget. Additionally, you will identify procurement and vendor service needs, ensuring that all resources are utilized efficiently. Your role will also encompass general accounting duties, including accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash management. Monitoring facility maintenance to uphold cleanliness standards is another critical aspect of your responsibilities. You will review all damage claims and recommend plans or programs to enhance safety operations, preventing future occurrences of similar claims. Compliance with OSHA laws is paramount, and you will implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure this compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively with clients on how to improve our operations.
  • Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of Promise-driven employees.
  • Identify proper staffing levels to complete duties, deliver a superior customer experience, and perform daily job functions.
  • Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
  • Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget.
  • Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
  • Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
  • Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor and review all damage claims.
  • Recommend and implement plans or programs to improve the safety of operations to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of similar claims.
  • Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.
