About the position

The Facility Manager at SP+ is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This role involves leading a diverse team, managing facility operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. The Facility Manager plays a crucial role in maximizing profitability and enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently while proactively communicating with clients to improve operations.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees to deliver superior customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with parking, security, and cash control procedures.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties including accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash management.
• Monitor facility maintenance to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvement plans to prevent future occurrences.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and client satisfaction.
• Prior experience in budget development and P&L review is a plus.
• Ability to react quickly and solve problems effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal computer programs.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
