The Facility Operations Analyst / General Maintenance role involves performing general maintenance and repair tasks for equipment and buildings. Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings.
- Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
- Patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings using plaster or compound.
- Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
- Paint structures and equipment as needed.
- Repair or replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
- Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles.
- Hang doors and install door locks.
- Replace broken window panes.
- Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Requirements
- Practical skill and knowledge in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
