The Facility Operations Analyst at McKinstry plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of facilities within the Technical Services division. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and customers.

Requirements

• At least three (3) years of experience in facility operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent technical and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Working knowledge of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Technical/Engineering degree or equivalent experience required.
