The Facility Operations Manager 2 at the North Central Secure Treatment Unit is a key role within the Department of Human Services, responsible for overseeing the physical plant and preventive maintenance programs. Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction and renovation projects.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of preventive maintenance programs across the bureau.
• Collaborate with departmental staff, architects, engineers, and contractors for construction efforts.
• Prepare plans, sketches, and specifications for facility needs.
• Initiate in-house projects by developing drawings and estimating costs of materials and labor.

Requirements

• Two years of experience as a Facility Operations Manager 1 or equivalent.
• Three years of experience as a Building Maintenance Foreman or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in skilled trades work in commercial or industrial buildings, including three years of supervisory experience.
