The Facility Project Coordinator at Taco Bell is responsible for managing work orders related to the repair, monitoring, and replacement of various major building finishes across Tacala restaurants and the Restaurant Support Center. This role involves providing year-round facilities support, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring that all facilities meet the standards set by Tacala. The coordinator will establish and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with both field and support personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in all areas of responsibility. In this position, the coordinator will be tasked with ensuring that all Issuetrak tickets assigned are completed in a timely manner. This includes communicating with vendors regarding active work orders and using discretion and independent judgment to adhere to budget guidelines for repairs and maintenance. The coordinator will also coordinate with vendors and restaurant staff to establish on-site repairs and replacements, travel to restaurants for inspections, and address urgent building repairs during regulatory visits. Additionally, the Facility Project Coordinator will serve as the point of contact for all storm and fire-related damage, ensuring prompt emergency repairs and long-term solutions. The role requires maintaining the latest specifications of Taco Bell standards and ensuring compliance across all restaurants. Other miscellaneous duties within the Facilities department may also be assigned as needed.
