About the position

The Facility Project Manager at Concurrent Technologies Corporation is responsible for coordinating facility projects and activities, providing project management for various facility initiatives, and assisting in the planning and evaluation of facility needs. This role involves working closely with management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while also maintaining quality control and energy management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assist facilities management and operations personnel in the evaluation and planning of facility and project needs.
  • Assist with long-term strategic planning for equipment replacement and facility upgrades.
  • Provide project management for various facility projects, including developing schematic plans and overseeing construction and final commissioning.
  • Assist in management of facility work order system and ensure all work orders are assigned and completed on schedule.
  • Update facility floor plans in Autocad and import into facility database.
  • Document and monitor utility usage and recommend facility improvements for increased energy management.
  • Work with consultants on power purchase agreements.
  • Ensure best building practices are followed throughout the facilities.
  • Maintain quality control documentation and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as appropriate or as requested.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Engineering or related academic field.
  • 4-6 years of directly related experience.
