The Facility Project Manager at Reams Facility is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are executed flawlessly while managing project scope, schedule, and costs. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in project management or construction management.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (1 year preferred).
